Minimum Requirements:

• Technical support to the customer / engineering team
• Project Engineering
• Sales Assistance, design and commissioning of electrical hoisting equipment
• Hoisting software development, reports and documentation
• Service functions on hoisting equipment and ECSA candidate
• Fluency in English language is mandatory
  

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Service Engineer Role:
  • Perform service engineering for electrical hoists.
  • Offer after-hours engineering support to customers.
• Engineering Execution:
  • Execute engineering tasks individually.
  • Coordinate engineering activities within project teams for complex projects.
• Project and Platform Support:
  • Provide platform/process support for significant projects.
• Sales Assistance:
  • Assist sales departments with technical aspects during tender preparation.
• Technical Support:
  • Provide general technical support to Project and System Engineers.
• Training and Personnel Support:
  • Provide training and assistance to Training, Service, and Engineering departments.
• Leadership and Coaching:
  • Coach junior administration staff and hold solid line manager responsibility for them.
