job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:

Must be punctual – be logged on to the system by 08:00 at the latest. NO EXCUSE for being late
Smart hands
Work extensively with the help desk in Russia – solve tickets timeously
Understand PC’s and notebooks, VOIP, projectors, etc
Excellent communication – both in English and written communication – Must be client focused and solutions driven
Non-smoker
Pass criminal checks
Must have their own transport
Must live in the Sandton or surrounding area
Desired Experience & Qualification
Some IT certifications – A+ / N+ etc

Package & Remuneration:
Salary on offer is ± R 15 000 à R 18 000 per month
Will have ZOOM interviews with the customer overseas prior to selection
The person will be employed by NCD Solutions on a 12-month contact
