The PSR is primarily required to act as an ambassador for Pfizer by promoting pharmaceutical products as well as the image, values and goals of the organisation to the relevant target market. The successful candidate will do this by focussing on the following key outputs:
• Preparation and Implementation of territory business plans aligned with marketing strategies
• Territory Management
• Customer relationship building
• Market and customer base analysis
• Achievement of Sales Targets
Reporting Structure Reporting to:
Regional Sales Manager
Number of Direct reports: none
• Essential in this position is a completed Commercial or Science degree.
• A minimum of 1-3 years sales experience
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• A valid driver’s licence.
Technical Skills • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and Healthcare environment.
• Computer literacy.
• Good background on basic Anatomy and Physiology.
