A company that specializes in providing extensive print production expertise to develop high-quality end-to-end litho, digital, and design printing solutions for a wide range of clients, is currently looking to hire a Print Sales and Marketing Manager to be based in Pretoria, Gauteng.

The successful candidate will join a high-performance sales team at their Johannesburg office to effectively manage an existing client base and source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets.

Essential Requirements:

• Knowledge of print production
• Minimum 10 years of successful print sales experience  (private and public sector)
• Ability to work under pressure and stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment.
• Own reliable vehicle

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent sales skills and product knowledge
• A positive, confident approach and a hungry attitude
• Team-oriented with a personality and manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales and marketing business unit including the business development officers.
• Ensure focus on achieving sales targets and key performance indicators
• Build and manage sales end-to-end process and maintain client information accurately in the CRM system
• Design and implement sales and marketing strategies that enhance revenue and business development.
• Direct marketing analysis and research to identify opportunities for the organization.
• To develop and lead the marketing strategy to create and implement a marketing plan.
• To develop and manage, in conjunction with department heads, an integrated sales and marketing plan to support the promotion of each discipline.
• Build positive client relations management through managing pre-sales, during-sales, and after-sales customer experience
