What are the responsibilities of the position?

Tender generation / consultation for customers. 

Project Management of orders in house with a focus on Engineering.

The role carries overall responsibility for the outputs of the area.

Tenders based on typical / customer specific standards.
Review of Arrangement Drawings; Maintenance of master data.
Offer-, Order Entry-, Project Calculations.

Order Management and control on project plans.
Purchase requisition created with full technical specifications.

Technical Sales Support, Consultation of customers.
Liaison with customer on configuration clarification where required.

Communicates changes in product and services.

Demonstrates the value and potential impact of the product/ service to the client’s business.

Advises and guides junior staff on technical matters.

Performs the design, development and implementation of technical solutions in area of expertise.

Ability to educate others on how to apply technical, scientific and mathematical
knowledge to design and implement materials and devices that safely realize a desired objective.

 

What do I need to qualify for the position?

National Diploma / N6 / Degree: Electrical Engineering

Computer literacy (MS Office)
Knowledge of MS Project/ Primavera
