Job Title: Audio Engineer

Job Summary:
The incumbent will be working in the Audio department as an Audio Engineer and will be responsible for managing all the sound elements required for the projects that come through our Audio suites. From tracks received from editorial, recording ADR, foleys and sound effects and finally mixing them together as per the client’s brief.

-Recording, mixing, tweak recordings either taken from libraries, or from your own foley recordings.
-Be involved in the creation and design of the SFX generally.
-Helping define what Foley, SFX and ADR is required for specific productions.
-Prepping sessions for final mix and ADR
-Implementing all sounds/cues into the engine correctly.
-Proactively communicate with clients as to their needs.
-Identifying, analysing & solving and document problems encountered

-Being able to work with other team members to determine the best possible techniques and creative approaches.

-Deliver work within established project targets and the high-quality standards of the company.

-Very strong interpersonal skills with both clients and staff on all levels.

-A commitment to providing to providing superior service to clients, both from a technical and creative point of view.

Requirements:
A relevant Diploma/Degree in sound engineering from an accredited institution
A minimum of 3 years experience in implementing and designing sound for film and television production.
Previous experience using Pro Tools DAW.
Experience with sound design and dialogue editing.
