SALARY : R115 200 per annum, Level 5
CENTRE : Head Office

 

REQUIREMENTS :

A Grade 12 Certificate coupled with experience in Registry PLUS the following
key competencies: Knowledge of: National Archives and Records Service Act.
Records Management Policy and Procedure, Mail and Courier Management
Promotion of Access to Information Act.

Reproduction Services, Skills: Collection
and delivery of Correspondences, Filing, Franking, Registering correspondences,
Photocopying and binding, Communication: Read and write, Listening skills,
Analytical Skills, Creativity: Decision making.

 

DUTIES :

Collect and deliver mail and other official records. File correspondences as per
Departmental File Plan. Register remittances. Frank outgoing mail. Register and
arrange collection of courier items.
