OUTPUT/CORE TASKS
1.Effective management of Sanlam Distribution incentives and
recognition.
2.Implementation of new plicy and procedure for distribution channels
and new product providers.
3.Overall management of client functions and events.
4.Ongoing research and feedback to clients with regards to incentives
recognition and events.
5.Effective budget management of incentives and events accounts.
6.People Management.
REQUIREMENTS
A. QUALIFICATIONS:-
1.A Business Science / Business Management Degree or related tertiary
qualification.
2.Any other related qualification with maths or Statistics will be
advantageous.
B. EXPERIENCE:-
1.Three(3) to five(5) years Financial Services experience – specifically
within a Distribution Sales environment.
2.Previous experience in a sales incentives events co-ordinating and/or
remuneration environment will be advantageous.
3.Experience in collaborating at both a strategic and operational
management level.
4.Experience in people management.
C. KNOWLEDGE:-
1.Sound knowledge of related sales distribution business processes.
2.Sound knowledge and understanding of regulatory environment governing
intermediary recognition i.e. conflict of interest and equivalence of
reward.
3.Advanced Excel proficiency is critical.
