Vacancy Details

Our Client is a limited liability company specialized in building, construction, operation and maintenance, based in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the experience and capability of undertaking all phases of the project life cycle. They can also offer expertise in refurbishment, facility management and training.

 

RESPONSIBILTIES 

• Monitors, coordinates and makes follow-up on areas of concern regarding the day-to-day Operation & Maintenance, security, catering, housekeeping, parking and IT activities on Site
• Analyze trends and takes corrective action in case required and report
• Ensures that responsibilities are assigned and associated authorizations delegated;
• Provides leadership, maintains good personnel relations and provides support;
• Structures and maintains information / communication flows between upstream and downstream parties.
• Ensures that works are established within established Quality Control Standards
• Applies the principles and techniques of site-supervision including; planning, organizing, staffing, leadership and control, and maintaining of discipline.
• Manage and monitors training/support for all employees, as and when required;
• Monitors career development and appraise site personnel.
• Coordinates and liases with sub-contractors, ensures that safety, health and environment standards are maintained as per the standards.
• Coordinates and liaise with Client, as and when required;
• Coordinates and liaise with the Company’s Project, Operations and Commercial Management;

 

AUTHORITIES 

• Authorize the use of tools and issue instructions related to operations & maintenance activities and as delegated by the Project Manager.
• Authorized to delegate to the Site/Discipline Supervisors the execution of the site’s operation & maintenance activities in accordance with the approved maintenance requirements.
• Executes control tasks as delegated by the Project Manager and/or the Operations Manager – O&M
• Authorize activities defined for the Maintenance Requirements within the identified budget.
• Delegate control tasks within the Site Organization

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent Diploma.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in the broad spectrum of operation & maintenance function
• Standards pertaining to C4, Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC maintenance; plumbing, landscaping, housekeeping, security and environmental safety work practices.
•  Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be fluent in English language (oral and written).
