Vacancy Details

Our client in the BPO environment is looking for a CA(SA) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be required to deal with financial director internationally based, whilst maintaining systems, cash-flow, audits, etc. locally based in Cape Town CBD Duties include but not limited to:

• Drive cost optimization,
• Process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Budgeting, forecasting, spend/ trend analysis and driving change management.
• Active engagement with geo head, business leaders and function heads.
• Financial accounting and reporting as per USGAAP/ Local GAAP and ensuring local compliances.
• Provide timely and accurate insights on major business developments impacting cost/ revenue.
• Variance analysis – P&L, BS, Budgeting/ Forecasting Vs Actuals etc.Work closely with on-shore and off-shore stake holders.
• Preparing MIS/dashboard for Management presentation.
• Ensuring compliance to SOX/internal control/Statutory guidelines.
• Liaising with Auditors (internal/external) for timely and clean audits
• Any other duties as required from time to time by senior Executive Management
  

 

Qualifications / Skills:

• Finance professional with total experience of 12-15 years in the area of accounting, reporting, Budgeting, forecasting, cost
• management, spend analysis etc.
• Practical experience in accounting and reporting as per USGAAP/Local GAAP.
• Managing audits of mid to large size organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation & inter personal skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Experience in Team leading
