SUPERVISOR: RECORDS MANAGEMENT 2 POSTS REF NO: 5/1/2/3/135
SALARY : R227 802 per annum
CENTRE : Compensation Fund, Pretoria

 

REQUIREMENTS : A recognized three-year diploma/ degree or an equivalent qualification. Two to three
years relevant experience in records management. Knowledge: DoL and
Compensation Fund objectives and business functions, Directorate or sub-directorate
goals and performance requirements, Compensation Fund Services, Compensation
Fund Value Chain and business processes, Relevant Fund policies, procedures and
processes, Stakeholders and customers, Customer Service (Batho Pele Principles),
Fund Values, Computer literacy, Risk Awareness, COIDA Act, Regulations and
Policies. Skills: Required Technical Proficiency, Business Writing, Required IT, Fund
IT Operating Systems, Data Capturing, Data and records management, Telephone
and Etiquette.

 

DUTIES : Assist in the Implementation of Records Management strategies and policies.
Supervise the flow of incoming and outgoing Mail. Supervise the provision of library
services in the Fund. Assist In the management of human, financial and physical
resources.
