Job Title: Coordinator
Job Location: Cape Town

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and manage processes, in conjunction with the management of homes for the elderly and disabled and service centres
- Liaise with local congregations, boards of control, state departments and community
- Research regarding care of the elderly and disabled
- Establish procedures, policies and procedure guidelines
- Compile statutory requirements
- Develop integrated elderly and disable care services
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years’ relevant experience in the field of service delivery to the elderly and disabled
- Facilitation skills
- Ability to communicate on all levels, to think strategically and to work as member of a team, as well as proven leadership skills
- Registration with the South African Council for Social Services Professions is compulsory
- Computer skills
- Must be prepared to travel
