Requirements

• Grade 12 or Matric

Duties

• Demonstrate the ability to control grist & product quality parameters;
• Demonstrate the ability to compiled and executed milling;
• Demonstrate the ability to control raw material & finished stock levels;
• Demonstrate the ability to control and optimized people, mill, machinery, and equipment – also maintain the mill, machinery, and equipment;
• Demonstrate the ability to ensure safety, health, hygiene and pest management.
