Yacht & Boat Building Learnership Programme 2015

Individuals currently studying towards an NTC1 certificate in engineering will definitely have an advantage to obtain a Yacht & Boat builder NQF – Level 4.

This opportunity is restricted to individuals who successfully completed their matriculation examinations in 2014.

 

REQUIREMENTS: –

• MUST live in CAPE TOWN (training in Westlake) +
• MUST have a 2014 Matric (not older) +
• MUST have passes in Mathematics and Physical Science –
• Mechanical Technology and Engineering Graphics and Design are optional –
• Individuals currently studying towards an NTC1 certificate in engineering will definitely have an advantage. –

LEARNERSHIP: –

Participate in the training plan for the learnership –

Perform duties required and make reasonable progress to achieve the competencies in the training plan –

As instructed, undertake and attend any training or assessment related to the training plan –

Keep the training record (logbook) in possession, and produce it to the employer and/or training organisation, when requested –

Acknowledge that all workplace instructions and other material that comes into the learners possession, as a result of the training, remains the property of the employer –

Obey all workplace health and safety (including dress and equipment) and code of conduct workplace rules
