SALARY : All salary inclusive package R 532 278 per annum

REQUIREMENTS : A Degree or three (3) year National diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent qualification with 5 years relevant working experience. Note:
The following will serve as strong recommendations: Server, Desktop hardware and software support; Project Management; Knowledge of the PFMA and Treasury regulations; Leadership and management skills; Good communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal-, Co-ordinating- and organising skills; Telephone etiquette; Confidence, confidentiality and reliability; Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure; Must be willing to work beyond normal working hours when required; ITIL management.
DUTIES : The successful candidate will be responsible for: Manage service level agreements with service providers and other government bodies; Manage the rolling out of live capture system; Provide effective technical support of computer equipment’s; Manage the provisioning of Local Area Network and Desktop support for Live; Capture Units which are rolled out country-wide; Maintain Good stakeholder relations with all relevant stakeholders; Manage customer complaints and ensure that all complains are attended to timeously; Ensure that all comparative schedule are correct before submitting to client for adjudication; Act as advisor to the asset management committee and to the IT committee; Provide input into the Budget of the Directorate; Provide guidance to staff; Manage the sub directorate.
