Vacancy Details

Demonstrate your order management, stakeholder relations, shipment coordination, and effective stock administration as an experienced Demand Planner.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Administration: Manage responses to tender requests, send monthly forecasts to suppliers, and compile detailed tender stock reports.
• Forecasting & Stock Analysis: Conduct order forecasting and analysis of stock levels (products with shelf-life).
• Permit Applications & Documentation: Oversee permit applications and create essential documents, including out-of-stock letters, discontinued stock letters, and marketing fact sheets for sales and marketing utilization.
• Stakeholder Relations: Facilitate comprehensive order management and coordinate shipments for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Take charge of local manufacturing administration and maintain effective communication with the Quality Assurance team for timely handling of urgent releases.

 

Requirements:

• BCom Supply chain or BCom Finance or related fields
• 3-5 years demand planning/procurement experience
• Advanced Excel.
