SARS seeks to enrol qualified Graduates in the Operations Division (Debt Management):
Debt Management aims to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the end-to-end debt management process and ensure payment compliance. The primary objective is to collect arrear debt and to ensure new debt is paid timeously and does not fall into arrear.
The graduate development programme of SARS is a 24 months programme (fixed term) where you will be introduced to a broad spectrum of learning experience while developing generalist and specialist fields.
At the end of the development programme, trainees who successfully meet SARS’s recruitment requirements will be considered permanent appointment.
