In this role your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, various job boards, social media etc.
• Headhunt candidates.
• Telephonically screen candidates
• Interviews – to check their professional and cultural fit.
• Support both candidates and Consultants for the full recruitment process.
• Administrative support to the recruitment function.
• Developing a full understanding of the company and the benefits offered.
• Proactive & confident in sourcing candidates for opportunities.
  
  

Qualification:

• Grade 12
• Degree – Highly Advantageous
