The Business Support Specialist: is a quality system role at Group Operational level within GSS ES.
This role is responsible for:
Maintain, co-ordinate and optimize the usage of all the applicable systems. Scoping and design of the IT enablers to deliver on efficient processes. Initiate appropriate interventions within the Operational Group to optimize the utilisation and performance of all the HR systems.
Blue printing business rules required for input into IM Specification and Operational Training manuals
System testing for any implemented change to the existing systems
Identifying and mitigating risks associated with the design and implementation of business system and processes.
Initiate appropriate interventions to optimise the performance of all systems, such as training, day to day guidance, upgrading and trend analysis
Participating in projects that will drive improvement and further standardisation in the business processes will form an integral part of this role.
