Job Title: Procurement Clerk (Vendors)
Location: Barberton, Mpumalanga, South Africa

Job Summary:
A vacancy exists for the above position. Individuals that meet the requirements are invited to apply for this position.

To upload, record and process vendors and other Procurement tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Collaborate with procurement staff on list of approved vendors and database
•Unload approved vendors to Dynamics
•Manage, review and update vendor list and database
•Ensure the scanning, electronic storing, safe keeping and archiving of vendor documents
•Maintain good relationships with suppliers
•Administration and reporting as necessary
•Comply to policies and procedures
•Resolve queries promptly.
•Assist with Stock counts
•Report writing
•Ensure good housekeeping at all times
•Be a team player
•Accountability for your area
•Ad hoc stores duties as instructed by the Procurement Superintendent

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
•Grade 12 Certificate
•Diploma (NQF 6) in Supply Chain Management or other relevant qualification will be advantageous.
•Relevant experience as a Procurement clerk or similar position within the mining industry
•Extensive ERP (Dynamics) knowledge
•Computer Literacy (MS Office and associated software)
•Able to perform standby duties
•Ethical, Honest, Integrity and trustworthy personality
•Good verbal and written communication skills
•Valid certificate of physical fitness
