The ideal candidate will have extensive wool and mohair knowledge, solid marketing experience and a comprehensive knowledge of branding. He/she will have the ability to lead strategically and interact with international clients on a regular basis. Additionally, the ideal candidate will display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the team.

JOB FUNCTIONS:
•Develop and plan new business in the wool value chain
•Build and maintain relationships with clients
•Management of the logistics process
•Management of the administrative process

Hard Skills:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business or Agriculture
•MBA would be advantageous
•Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
•Proven ability to plan and manage resources
•Successful track record in sales and negotiation
•Extensive experience of international business activities
•At least ten years’ experience in the wool industry
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
