Job Title: GENERAL DUTY
Location: Nanyuki, Laikipia, Kenya

Salary: KSh 34,110.00 – 45,615.00 Monthly

Job Summary:
To provide support and labour to the QM’s Dept in BATUK Main by conducting general duty tasks such as, cleaning toilets, showers, offices and conducting swing fog duties daily Mon – Sun, working 45hrs a week 5 days a week.

Only those who meet the below qualifications should apply for the post, also attach your CV, CORRECT NAMED certificates and testimonials. And this includes a VALID OR UPTO DATE POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE.

Main duties:
a) You are to conduct swing fog duties from 0615 – 0645hrs and 1815 – 1845hrs daily (Mon – Sun).
b) All toilets in camp are to be cleaned three times a day.
c) You are to assist in the loading of the kitchen waste to the bin truck Mon – Fri.
d) You are to clean buildings that the Camp Manager/Supervisor has allocated you to clean, such as the Panga shop.
e) You are to take over the laundry operator at 1615hrs daily (Mon – Fri) in which you ae to distribute laundry to BATUK staff when they come to collect from 1615hrs – 1725hrs.
f) You are to conduct lighting tower duties occasionally when the Battle Group is not in theatre.

Secondary duties:
a) Be prepared to drive upto 15 ton Man Sv if required
b) Carry out any other duties commensurate with the trade/grade as directed by the MLM.

Requirements:
Competences/qualifications/experience:
a. Essential:
(1) Good understanding of English oral.
(2) Team player.
(3) Can work alone and to tight time lines.

b. Desirable:
(1) Hold a valid Driving licence
