Job description
Location: Accounts Department, Krugersdorp
Hours: Office hours

a leading, pace-setting 24/7 contact centre servicing various insurancecompanies, banks and other industries will be relocating to Krugersdorp and requires the services of an experienced Senior Creditors Administrator to take responsibility for the entire administration function. Experience of accounting entries to Trail Balance is essential.

Minimum requirements
– Tertiary-level Bookkeeping qualification Pastel Accounting experience essential
– Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Excel and Word

Key Responsibilities:
– Accounting transactions relating to the creditors reconciliations.
– Customer invoicing.
– Creditors’ reconciliations.
– Creditors age analysis.
– Preparation of payment file.
