Our client is seeking to place an IT Infrastructure Lead/Senior IT Infrastructure resource.
The role is an onsite office-based role, based in Sandton, Gauteng

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Requirements of the role:
Sound knowledge on WAN LAN, Server Hardware, OS, Wireless LAN, Structured Cabling, New Site setup, Datacentre Management, Infrastructure management tools and Service Desk Management.
Solid understanding of SIP, PBX and Dialer network setup.
Biometrics configuration and setup.
Good knowledge and experience on OMNI channel.
Setup an Infrastructure architecture with security controls to achieve a functional workforce operating at full productivity.
Achieve business continuity 24X7 by managing connectivity issues and ensure no service loss.
Ensure high quality service delivery and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Implement IT framework across support structures enabling quick TAT and exceptional customer experience.
Support proposal teams in estimating the appropriate IT infrastructure setup for Call centre and Data centre.
Experience in establishing / managing 24/7 call centre solution setup is a must.

Qualifications:
IT qualification is beneficial.
5 – 8 years’ experience in the same or a similar role.
