DMS Management Board
DMS Line Managers
Regulator (ICASA)
Broadcast Research Council – Levy Collection Agency
External Suppliers
Outputs Accurate and timeous financial information and reporting,
Monthly DMS accounts,
Revenue re-distribution to M-Net, SuperSport and Multichoice,
Monthly financial reports to international channel partners,
Administer rigorous credit control system,
Monthly billing, invoicing and cash collection,
Annual statutory reporting – Interim, Preliminary and AFS and Year end Audit,
Business analysis and reporting,
Strong financial control of the business,
Reporting to relevant audit committee’s,
Controlled cash flow,
Evaluation of ad hoc projects,
Compliance reporting to ICASA,
Staff management, performance appraisals and staff development,

Education & Experience
A thorough academic financial knowledge – CA (SA) with minimum 5 years post articles experience, where at least 3 must have been in FM position;
SAP & Hyperion experience an advantage;
Tax knowledge;
Legal understanding;
Financial administration ability;
Corporate Financial understanding;
Treasury management.
