Job Summary:
•Responsible for full creditors function:
•Ensure all Pest Control and Hygiene supplier transactions are processed accurately and timely in the correct period in Accpac
•Prepare monthly Creditors Reconciliations for review by Finance Manager
• Resolution of payment disputes in order to ensure business continuity;
•Ad Hoc duties may include reports as requested by internal stakeholders

Requirements:
Job Requirements:
•Grade 12
•Fluent in English
•5 years’ experience in similar position
•Previous experience in creditors dept; reconciliations; processing

• Exceptional communicator both verbally and written
• Good understanding and knowledge of the cleaning industry and service orientated.
• Logical thinker as well as strategic and organized
• Ability to manage and delegate tasks and duties.
• Ability to solve problems efficiently and to be pro-active in identifying potential problems
