MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural Diploma / Degree
• Additional qualification in business management & finance
• Agricultural background essential
• Previous citrus farming/ packhouse experience essential
• Strong financial acumen and ability to work with and within a budget
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional leadership and management experience, with good interpersonal communication skills
• Strong administrative and record keeping skills
• Computer literate
