Finance Administrator Vacancy

Purpose of Role:

Responsible for the administration of all contracts/lease agreements pertaining to Capitec Bank’s premises’ as well as to supply management with information on property related issues.


  • Grade 12
  • Preferably 2 years’ relevant experience within a financial accounting environment
  • Real estate knowledge and experience in monthly payment runs for electricity and rent will be advantageous
  • Knowledge of MDA Property Manager (program) will be advantageous
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Numerical skills
  • Understanding of database structure design and data mining and analysis
  • Attention to detail
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Communication skills (verbal and written) in English
  • Problem solving ability
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Be comfortable with repetitive and routine tasks
  • Conflict handling, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Deadline driven
  • Ability to use own initiative where necessary
  • Clear criminal and credit record
