REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 with 2 – 5 years finance experience. Financial qualification with 0 – 2
years relevant experience. Computer literate. Knowledge of BAS, SAP and
MEDICOM will be an advantage

DUTIES : Liaise with GDF on supplier entity registration, certify invoices, submission of
petty cash replenishment Manage SKYNET post collection and distribution. Keep
obligation registers, reconciliation of supplier statements and submit to ASD,
Submission of manual accruals with supporting documents, handle supplier
queries on payments. Liaise with Medical aids and cash paying patients,
confirmation of Classifications Opening new files; ensure that relevant documents
are attached in files. Tracing of long outstanding debts, daily billing of patients,
capturing of data on MEDICOM, Drawing Reports, and Perform Write offs,
checking of ICD 10 codes on invoices.

Infrastructure Management
SALARY : R131 658 per annum (plus benefits)
CENTRE : Central Office, Johannesburg

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 / Vocational/ Level 4 Certificate. Experience in finance field will be an
added advantage. Be a team player, assist managers with various administrative
duties. Understanding of Basic Accounting System (BAS) and SAP system.
Understanding of PFMA, DORA, Treasure Regulations and Standard Chart of
Accounts (SCOA). Good communication skills (written and verbal). Working
knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel and Word) and ability to work with figures.

DUTIES : Providing Compile and capture journals through e-journal (SAP), Receive, check
and confirm correctness of invoices from Department of Infrastructure
Development (DID), Follow up on submission of reports and payments on a daily
basis, filing and record keeping of documents, and any other duties delegated by
