your Responsibilities: 
Logistics – Assist to manage logistic activities and relations between GSK, LSP’s and Customers
Customer Services – Assist in various tasks/interactions with customers, commercial activities etc.

Key responsibilities: 
• Financial Analytics
• Expense Management
• Budgeting
• Back orders / stock on hand reporting
• OTIF (On Time In Full) reporting
• Stock replenishment
• Logistic activities such as, Inbound Freight, Customs Clearance

Complexity:  

• Interactions with other functions
• Ability to prioritise and pay attention to details

Basic qualifications: 

• Graduate in a field of Finance
• Microsoft Office Skills – especially Excel

Specialised Knowledge: 

• Good records keeping and administrative skills
• Document control principles
