A World-Class technology solutions company is looking for an experience, innovative, self-motivated and enthusiastic Trainer Manager to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for coordinating training internally for their employees and externally for their clients.

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparatory scoping and analysis of employee and client’s unique training needs
Collaborating with other teams and SMEs in the company to identify training needs
Use various data-collection methods and techniques to conduct needs analysis for eLearning courses
Effectively collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design training
Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and creativity related to eLearning instructional design
Oversee the process of analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating eLearning courses
Assists with the design and development of learning solutions and assessment strategies.
Prepare and/or source relevant and required training manuals
Liaises with graphic designers and adapts and maps appropriate specific outcomes from identified unit standards.
Administers the booking of courses and updates employee and client records with course results
Reporting of employee and client training
Prepare training facility to ensure equipment/material is available
Provide structure and plan for building and executing on training requirements for employees and users of our systems and technology
Manages the company’s onboarding and training portal

Desired Experience & Qualification:
More than 5 years of experience designing and coordinating training in an organisation
Experience working in a technical or IT related environment
Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
Working knowledge of content management systems
The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
Effective communication skills.
