The successful incumbent will be exposed to the following:

• Assisting circulation manager
• Administrative duties within the department
• Manage the subscription stationery and promotional items stock
• Identify sales opportunities and updating leads database
• Resolve subscriber queries
• Manage monthly bulk orders
• Support events team at sales activation events, by promoting and selling single copies and subscriptions

You will be working flexi hours and will need the following requirements:

  • Good customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Drivers license will be an advantage
