Home of Hope for Girls (HoH) consists of two residential homes for girls in the suburbs of Johannesburg and an outreach centre in the Hillbrow / Berea area. In total, there are approximately 75 girls in full-time care. Approximately 150 vulnerable children are supported through the outreach programme.

HoH outreach and the homes are part of the same overall vision of ending child trafficking and tackling the culture of sexual exploitation, violence and criminality that robs children of their future.

Job Title: Facility Manager of Child and Youth Care Centre
Location: Milnerton
Starting date: 3 February 2020

The purpose of this position is to manage and lead in a Child and Youth Care Centre caring for children with FASD (Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder).

Requirements

• Only Candidates with work experience in a Child and Youth Care Centre and/or NGO Field will be considered
• Preferably a Registered Social Worker (SACSSP)
• At Least 10+ years of work experience in the field
• Valid Driver’s License and own Transport
• Experience in working with children with special needs and especially FASD
• Experience in Human resources
• Experience in Staff Management and Conflict Management
• Experience in Financial Planning
