Key Responsibilities:

• The position will involve:
• Assessing a client’s financial need/needs and developing a tailored portfolio for the client.
• Conducting outbound calls to add to clients’ portfolio Insurance products.
• Ensuring non-asset client base is covered.
• Providing excellent customer service by identifying clients’ financial needs (Upsell Products into Existing Client base)
• Resolving queries and providing feedback to clients about any part of the client’s IDM product portfolio.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant Finance/Financial Planning Degree
• Build and enhance database when required
• Collating statistical information for reporting and analysis purposes
• Collaborate effectively with others in fast changing environment
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
• Good knowledge of Insurance regulatory environment
• Strong computer literacy
• Good understanding of financial service industry and insurance products
• Ability to independently resolve client questions and queries
• Strong sales ability
• Criminal Clear
