Job Purpose:
To assist the organisation by minimizing the risk of bad debts and reducing Iemas’s arrears

 

Job Outputs:
Follow-up and collection of bad debts
Debtor’s enquiries and journals
Establish and maintain relations with Employer Groups
Member account maintenance
Arrears collections on vehicles and repossessions

 

Qualifications:
Grade 12 with Accounting and/or Mathematics
Credit Management qualification / equivalent would be an advantage

 

Experience:
3 years’ experience in credit control with sound knowledge of credit legislation

 

Knowledge And Skills:

Multilingual including Afrikaans and/or English
Excellent communication skills
Code 8 drivers’ license
Computer literacy
Sound knowledge of the applicable legal procedures
