To provide before & after sales service to customers and resolve issues and or queries on products available at the iStores.
- Customer Service: Answers all calls professionally as per the require company standard,
- Handles and resolves customer complaints,
- Identify and escalate priority issues,
- Provide product, services and operational information,
- Follow up on customer queries where necessary, Provides feedback on the effectiveness of policies and procedures within the iStores,
- Follows up and reports on all customer purchases in the iStore.
- Keeps call log,
- Completes all necessary related reports,
- Updating existing database.
