We have an exciting opportunity at Kevro for an Office Manager who will report to the Branch Manager. This position is based at our offices in Colbyn, Pretoria.

Job Title: Office Manager

Job Location: Colbyn, Pretoria

Job Purpose:
The purpose of the Office Manager is to manage the office administration, sales and account functions and general day to day operations of the office.

Job Objectives:

Administrative Management

▪ Manage daily administrative operations which includes filing, discounts.
▪ To oversee filing of all departments are done in line with company standards
▪ To resolve all problems arising from non procedural situations

General Operations Management

▪ Keeping operational maintenance smooth and efficient through overseeing dispatch and collections
▪ To manage branch stationery and consumables required and purchases
▪ To monitor telephone account and check staff usage on system
▪ Responsible for facilities management by conducting inspections of the facilities and liaising with maintenance service providers when required
▪ IT assistance through getting the correct people involved with any issues experienced

Sales and customer care management

▪ Dealing with customer queries when escalated
▪ Sales Reports
▪ Customer Care
▪ Responsible for new registrations once approved from Head office

Finance

▪ Responsible for Daily Banking
▪ Responsible for Petty Cash

Staff Management

▪ Responsible for the supervising and priority allocation of warehouse and sales staff
▪ Facilitating Sales Meetings
▪ Pulling daily reports from EMS for quotes and Dispatch
▪ Escalating issues internally
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:

▪ Matric or Equivalent (Essential)
▪ NQF 6 in Management (Essential)
▪ 2-3 Years Office Manager in Sales Branch (Essential)
