Job description: Kraft Foods South Africa is looking for recent Engineering Graduates to join as Graduate Trainees in Manufacturing.
The Graduate programme is a full-time two year programme during which you will rotate through positions within the Manufacturing function while learning and contributing to the success of the business.
High levels of problem solving and strong analytical ability
Proven leadership ability and influencing skills
Learning potential and excellent academic results
High levels of drive and initiative
Good resilience and adaptability
Ability to handle pressure and large workloads
