My client, a national wholesaler and distributor in the telecommunications industry, is looking for a suitably qualified Office Manager to join their team in Gqeberha (PE). In this role, you will fulfil various finance administration together with general office management.

 

 

 

 

Job Title: Office Manager (Financial Administration – Port Elizabeth)
Location: Port Elizabeth

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Petty Cash Management
Capturing of Credit Card receipts and reconciliation thereof
Credit Cards for staff – making sure all slips reconcile to the statement.
Assisting with leave and payroll administration
Support with quality management – ISO document registers, administration and audit support
Assist with customer project billing and billing administration
General office responsibility as required by management – Groceries, Repairs, Neatness of Office, Stationary orders, reception, filing
Preparing reports for management

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Grade 12, preferably with a relevant tertiary qualification
3-5 years’ Experience in office administration
Computer Literate – MS Office Advanced Skills
Good communication skills, organized
Driver’s license and own vehicle would be ideal
