Job Summary:
Executes major components of audits, including critical technology functions, cloud-based infrastructure, cybersecurity, risk management, application, and third-party management, as well as lead small to medium size audits.
Identifies key risk areas in order to develop the audit plan. Perform audit risk assessments and develop audit objectives and procedures
Performs risk assessments of business units and technology operations, design and execute audit procedures to verify the effectiveness of existing controls, identify and define issues, review and analyse evidence, and document client processes and procedures.
Establishes and maintains good client relations during engagements. Communicates or assists in communicating the results of some audit projects to management via written reports and oral presentations.
Identifies expectations of the client and take actions to support the client experience.
Supports the in-house Internal Audit team and co-sourced internal audit partner with planning, scoping, execution and reporting of audits including follow up management, with a focus on IT, cyber, infrastructure and resilience related reviews
Provides quality, effective and efficient assurance to enhance the IT environment.
Evaluates IT control design and testing of IT process controls, including those covering cyber security and resilience
Manages stakeholders across the business through the development of strong working relationships
Reports and presents (written and verbally) review findings to senior management

Requirements:

Degree in Information Systems/Accounting or equivalent
IT Internal audit, IT risk management, or cyber/security qualification
Knowledge auditing relating to cyber security, information technology, infrastructure, system implementation, resilience, and general IT operational controls
Knowledge of cloud-based technology and infrastructure
Ability to build relationships/partnerships and work cross-functionally to drive time sensitive deliverables, issues tracking and reporting
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities at all levels, including positive stakeholder management
Proven deliverability of technology and cyber audit plans (or equivalent assurance/advisory/compliance deliverables)
