Aligned to Lyceum vision and strategy, the Dean provides academic leadership and accountability for Lyceum Faculty and Programme Management; Work Integrated Learning Monitoring and Coordination; Integrated Quality Assurance; Academic Governance and Policies; Library Resourcing and Academic Support to Students

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Aligned to Lyceum vision and strategy, the Dean provides academic leadership and accountability for Lyceum Faculty and Programme Management; Work Integrated Learning Monitoring and Coordination; Integrated Quality Assurance; Academic Governance and Policies; Library Resourcing and Academic Support to Students.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

1.Master’s degree required however PhD or Doctorate in a cognate subject field of a Lyceum Faculty will be preferred
2.At least five years at Senior Academic level in higher education
3.At least three years high-level Academic Management experience
4.A proven teaching and research portfolio with curriculum development and assessment design experience.
5.Experience in dealing with regulatory affairs and academic quality assurance processes within a higher education environment.
