The development and growth of Trainees (Grads) is a key focus for the Group as a whole. We believe in home-grown talent, and as such we have designed and packaged bespoke development programmes for a number of key functions in the business, for example, Merchandise Buying, Merchandise Planning,  Store Management.

We do also often look for Graduates in Buying, Finance, and Planning.

• Matric and relevant tertiary qualification (fashion design, clothing design)
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong administrative skills

Trainee Merchandising Planner

What do we look for?

• A completed  Degree in Business Science or B.Com (Finance, Economics, Logistics, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Supply Chain)
• Previous financial/analytical experience would be an added advantage but is not necessary
