Customer Service Representative

DEPARTMENT: Front of House JOB ROLE: Receptionist REPORTING TO: Store Manager WORKING HOURS: Branch Determined POSITION PURPOSE: Effectively & efficiently perform all front of house functions LOCATION: Menlyn Mall, Brooklyn Mall KEY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for but not limited to the following broad job functions:
- Greet Customers, Direct Visitors and Manage incoming Calls
- Keep reception area neat and clean at all times
- Assist with client requests and inquiries
- Client Communication (quotes, job status etc)
- Printing and Processing Invoices
- Receive Payments (Cash & Credit Card)
- Selling Company Products
- Stock Taking & Stock Management
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
- Administrative Experience – Preferable
- Retail Experience – Preferable
- PC Literate (Excel, i-Tunes, Emails etc) – Preferable
- Apple Experience – Beneficial
