A well-known house hold name in the Medical NGO environment is looking to employ an assertive individual who will manage the financial functions of the company so as to ensure the necessary financial disciplines and controls are in place, so that the organization continues to be financially sound and that an excellent service delivery can be provided at the most optimal cost.
The successful candidate must have:
• B Comm (Accounting)
• 5 – 10 years’ experience as an Accountant
• 5 years’ Management experience
• 3 – 5 years SAP proficiency
• Overtime as and when required
• National travel and overnight stays
• MS Office (Advanced)
• SAP (Super User)
Ideal:
• B Comm (Honours)
• CMA
• 5 – 10 years’ experience at Senior Management level
• SAP (Super User)

• Financial Management of all daily, monthly and annual financial functions to ensure financial integrity of the company
• Develop strategic objectives and financial planning for cost control.
• Monitor compliance with policies and procedures, statutory requirements and accounting best practice.
• People managed to achieve operational objectives.
• Manage financial risks to mitigate threats to the financial integrity of the company
