This is for a proactive attention to detail individual that is a senior accountant within the FMCG industry.

 

Job & Company Description:

This world class FMCG giant is looking for a senior financial accountant to join their diverse and dynamic team and bring their forward-thinking initiative mindset to the table.

The incumbent will assist the accountant in monthly management statements, handling invoice issuance, and managing tax filings, including VAT. They will also be responsible for processing and reconciling supplier accounts, managing journals, accounts, petty cash, and VAT reports. Additionally, they will play a role in supervising the external year-end audit and aiding in the implementation of organizational controls. This includes assisting in departmental budgeting and participating in cost-cutting initiatives. The incumbent will also conduct analytical reviews and contribute to BEE audits.

 

Qualification and Skills Required:

• Bcom – Finance Accounting.
• SAICA OR SAIPA accredited.
• 3 years experience.
