Manages the First Level of Technical Support on SDK, platforms to key Depth Developers and Branded Partners. Support both the long tail developers and the selected local top branded partners. Drives developer outreach activities (breadth) and evangelizes Nokia as a preferred partner in the local ecosystem. Ensures technical and business opportunities are promoted in a variety of channels and through key partners
Technical Support Engineers as the first technical point of contact for key developers and branded partners (language and time zone to be considered). Responsible for localizing product marketing contents and campaigns to developers, executing outreach initiatives including online and social presence, conferences, training.
Services or developer offering go-to-market experience is a plus. High level technical and business understanding of mobile ecosystem. Knowledge of developers, publishers and competitors. Excellent presentation, process and project management skills . Structured analytical and conceptual thinking. Ability to present to technical audiences.
Strong experience in mobile or web application development. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development projects. 5+ year mobile application hand-on development experience using Qt /C++ or Java or Web or Windows SDK’s. Preferable two technologies expertise.
