Operations Manager at KBR South Africa

Reports to the Managing Director – KBR SA. Located at the home office.

Manages an operational segment of Engineering by directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company’s direction and strategic goals.

Responsibilities may include all phases of Engineering (Definition and Execution Engineering) as well as business development, owner relations, estimating, support to construction operations, and all other related Engineering activities.

 

Monitors and supports Projects by supplying the resources and training necessary to optimize utilization of resources. Identifies market trends, applications for existing and new technologies, and communicates best practices throughout the company.

Optimizes results for customers as well as the company by establishing goals and objectives for Engineerng and making operational decisions.

 

SPECIAL QUALITIES OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 12+ years of experience, 4 of which should be in management.
