Vacancy Details
Key performance areas:
- Organizing, planning, and conducting site visits to ensure that targets are reached
- Writing and uploading site visit reports after visits
- Assisting new and existing members/clients in navigating through all the functionalities on the companies Platform.
- Managing and assisting Emerging Growers to ensure that compliance is reached
- Capturing, updating, maintaining, and managing information on shared platforms.
- Following up and checking with members/clients (telephonically, in person, and by email) to ensure that details on the platform are correct and up to date at all times.
- Organising, planning, and conducting training / capacity building initiatives.
- Reviewing SAQs (Self-Assessment Questionnaires) before and after submission.
- Assisting with the completion of SAQs and preparation for audits.
- Providing training and consultation on SAQ information/registration processes on request (telephone/in person).
- Assisting with tasks related to retailer visibility on Sedex.
Candidates Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
- Matric with a Degree in Agriculture / Communications / Human Resources Management or relevant qualification
- 1 – 3 years relevant working experience
- Must have excellent computer literacy skills – (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be detailed-oriented and able to work under pressure while handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have excellent written, editing, and oral communication skills
- Must be able to speak in large groups
- Excellent interpersonal -, ethical conduct- and time management skills.
- Must be organized and have planning/ project management skills
- Must have a good understanding of financial principles and concepts.
- Must be willing to be travel
- Must have a valid driver’s license with own reliable transport
