Vacancy Details

Our client who is in the electrical board manufacturing industry has an opportunity available for a Bookkeeper to join their team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Recording financial transactions in the appropriate accounting software or system.
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconciling bank and credit card statements.
• Communicating with clients or vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Assisting with year-end financial audits.
• Staying up to date with relevant accounting regulations and standards.
