A Telecommunications company in Gauteng, Sandton area is looking for a Fraud & Risk Manager.

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing, analyzing, implementing and managing fraud and risk prevention and mitigation strategies. Detect and investigate all allegations of fraud, risk and corruption within the company and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to reduce and minimize fraud and theft risk. Provide relevant system support to all internal users.

Perform ad-hoc duties within the ambit of the job Qualifications and Experience
Relevant Degree / Diploma (NQF level 7)
At least 5 years Fraud and/or Risk Management experience within the Telecommunications / ICT Sector
In-depth knowledge of the Telkom SA Customer processing systems (CRM, ARIA, VDocs etc.)

Other Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Own vehicle and willing to travel to other branches (located in other provinces)

Salary range: R18 000.00 – R20 000.00 basic gross, no benefits, depending on experience negotiable.
